M Aroonrut
M is an award-winning Creative and Strategic Director specializing in Creative Direction, brand design, and corporate communications. With a strong belief in design thinking's ability to foster human-centered solutions. Her expertise spans design strategy, branding, web design, qualitative and quantitative research, workshop facilitation, and project management. With a background in design and architecture, M has managed diverse projects and holds a passion for the hospitality and travel industry, community projects, and impactful designs. She has successfully launched brands across various sectors including Personal Branding, Real Estate, Hospitality, Entertainment, Pharmaceuticals, Food & Beverage, Finance, Law, and Non-Profit Organizations, serving notable clients such as Salesforce, Hines, Boston Properties, and more.
Jon Moskowitz
Jon Moskowitz is a 17 year plus veteran of artist touring. He is currently a senior agent with Universal Attractions Agency. The agency’s celebrated history includes launching the career of the legendary soul singer James Brown and representing him for more than 40 years. UAA represents some of the most prominent artists and entertainers of today.
Some of the artists Jon has worked with over the years (not limited to) includes The Black Eyed Peas, Ludacris, Nelly, Rick Ross, Flo rida, Akon, UB40, New Editon, Keith Sweat, and the I love the 90's Tour.
A Native New Yorker, Jon grew up in the famed downtown Manhattan neighborhood of Greenwich Village, a centre that promoted arts and culture, exposing him to many different walks of life and expression, especially that of music.
On the creative side, he has worked with artists, DJs, and producers, creating and overseeing a variety of content and projects. Most notably, conceiving and executive producing Blue Eyes Meets Bed-Stuy, a remix mashup album featuring the music of The Notorious B.I.G. and Frank Sinatra.
Jon holds a passion for mentoring and advising aspiring and young music industry professionals that will hopefully lead and contribute to the next generation of the music industry.
He holds a BA and MBA from Clark University.
Felipe Holguín
Colombian writer and director, co-founder of Cumbia Films. In 2012, he was a Directing Fellow at Project: Involve, Film Independent in Los Angeles. He has received awards at various festivals for his short films Mañana (2010), La Suerte Del Salao (2017), and La Cachera (2019). He served as Casting Director and Associate Producer for El Piedra (2019), a film pre-selected by Colombia for the Oscars and Goya Awards. His debut feature film, La Suprema (2023), premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), won the Coral Award for Post-Production at the Havana International Film Festival, Cuba, the Colón de Plata Audience Award at the Ibero-American Film Festival of Huelva, Spain, and the Audience Award at the Cartagena Film Festival (FICCI), among other accolades. He is currently in advanced development on his second fiction feature film, La Sombra.
Karen Larrea
Karen Larrea began her entertainment career at the age of 15 with the all-girl trio Carrousel, touring internationally and sharing stages with legends such as Celia Cruz and Marc Anthony. After recording an EP and working as a spokesperson for Coca-Cola and FIFA, she retired to focus on raising her family. She returned in 2013 as a Music Manager and recently starred alongside her daughter in the reality series "My Mom, Your Dad" on HBO Max. Currently, she focuses on representing Latina women through speaking engagements, brand partnerships, and television projects.
